As mentioned last week by Fabe, Medal of Honor will be getting free DLC (for those that bought the game new) in the form of a new mode called ‘Clean Sweep’, along with two brand new maps and two redesigned maps. What you may not have know though was that DICE are also planning to launch paid DLC the same day that includes a new mode called ‘Hot Zone’ with two new maps Hindukush Pass and Korengal Outpost along with redesigns of the Shahikot Valley and Helmand Valley maps. In this mode the two opposing teams fight for one objective on the map. The only way to earn points is to gain and hold control of the objective, so all those snipers sitting at the back of the map are gonna be disappointed when they find out they don’t won’t be sitting atop the leaderboard no matter how many headshots they get
The Hot Zone pack will cost £7.99 ($9.99), and the Clean Sweep pack will be free to those with an online pass that came with all new purchases of the game. Alternatively, if you bought the game used you can give EA £10 of your hard earned in return for an online pass. Both modes and map packs will be released on 2nd November.
