DNS Error (80710102)

Since friday I have been unable to get on the PSN, the internet itself, it fine, but I might get online for 5/10 minutes, then [YOINK!]… Disconnected.

So as of right now I have no idea how long this problem will continue, I have looked up several solutions and nothing is helping.. So… Uh… could be hours, weeks, months (lol) till I get online…

have you reset your router, problem could be also that you IP is on dynamic so you could change this to static. port forward? could help.
these are solutions wich helped some of my friends wich had the same dns error, the problem was always in the router ip settings etc.
    Good luck!

I would try that but no one remembers the router password here…

I wanted to check it out from like Saturday.

But at least I managed to get on for 30mins to merk some people today 😛

yeah its best to check out your router IP address, from the brand your router is from, then check it against the router IP address on your PS3 system, if even one diggit is wrong it will throw you out, i had this problem and it took me a whole saturday to get it sorted, phoning belkin and playstation all freaking day,… i think what yves said is the best thing to do, but start with compereaing those numbers… its a pain but once you have done it its done mate
